วันนี้เป็นวันจักรี นับว่าเป็นวันมงคล ตรงกับวันที่ 6 เมษายน ของทุกปี เพื่อให้เป็นที่วันที่ระลึกมหาจักรีบรมราชวงศ์ เป็นวันที่พระบาทสมเด็จพระรามาธิบดีศรีสินทรมหาจักรีบรมนาถ พระพุทธยอดฟ้าจุฬาโลกมหาราช ได้เสด็จดำรงอาณาจักรสยามเป็นวันแรก โดยมีพระยานามเต็มๆว่า

ได้อ่านคอลัมน์ดีๆในหนังสือพิมพ์ไทยรัฐ ทำให้นึกถึงช่วงที่เรียนวิชาประวัติศาสตร์..ซึ่ง จริงๆแล้วน่าจะตั้งใจเรียนมากกว่านี้ แต่เอาเหอะ.. อยากจะนำส่วนนึงมาให้อ่านกันเล่นๆ เอาใว้ประดับเป็นความรู้รอบตัว..ซึ่งก็เกี่ยวกับประเทศที่เราอยู่ รวมไปถึงได้รู้ความหมายของ "กรุงเทพมหานครฯ" ที่เราเรียกๆกันด้วย


คำว่า "จักรี" มาจากคำว่า "จักร" และ "ตรี" เป็นอาวุธของพระนารายณ์ พระบาทสมเด็จพระพุทธยอดฟ้าจุฬาโลก โปรดเกล้าฯให้สร้าง "พระแสงจักร" และ "พระแสงตรี" ไว้หนึ่งชุด และกำหนดให้ใช้ สัญลักษณ์พระแสงจักรและพระแสงตรีเป็นสัญลักษณ์ประจำ "ราชวงศ์จักรี"

Today is a national holiday in Thailand. Known as "Chakri Day".


Chakri Day is observed on April 6 to commemorate the contribution of the kings of Chakri dynasty, who have been ruling Thailand since 1782. The day is a medium for the faithful people of Thailand to express their love and reverence to the mighty kings.


The Celebrations

On this day, the people of Thailand perform meritorious acts for the great kings of the ruling dynasty. People are led in ceremonies by King Bhumibol Adulyadej, who is the ninth king of the dynasty. The King, accompanied by members of the royal family, presides over the religious ceremonies held at the royal chapel. He pays respects to his predecessors at the Royal Pantheon and proceeds for laying wreath at the statue of King Rama I at the Memorial Bridge. All government officials including the prime minister take part with the King in the wreath-laying ceremony.


The Dynasty




Present Chakri dynasty of Thailand was founded by Phra Buddha Yodfa Chulaloke or King Rama I, who came to the throne on April 6, 1782. During his reign of 28 years, he consolidated the kingdom and established Bangkok as it's capital. He died on September 7, 1809 at the age of 72. The other kings followed him.

การที่คนเรามักชอบเอาของเก่ากลับมารีไซเคิล รีเมค รีแอนิเมชั่น..หรือวงรี จะอะไรก็แล้วแต่ จุดประสงค์คือ อยากจะให้เราๆ ได้เรียนรู้รู้ถึงสิ่งที่เกิดขึ้นในอดีต แต่มาปรับ ดัดแปลง เพิ่อให้เข้ากับสายตาของปัจจุบัน จะได้ไม่จำเจ นานๆครั้งถึงจะได้เห็น หนังใหม่ แต่เอากลับมาทำให้ดูในรูปแบบของหนังเก่าสมัย ปี พ.ศ. 2500's

เหล้าเก่าๆที่ถูกสะสมมาโดยคนรุ่นเก่าๆ มาถูดปัดฝุ่นและบรรจุอยู่ในขวดใหม่ๆเพื่อให้คนรุ่นหลังได้ดู ก็ดีอยู่หรอก ฤาว่าเอาคอนเซปนี้ไปใช้ในเรื่องความรักหรือการงานบ้างล่ะ? อิอิ

some people like remakes, dont they? i'd say it's quite amusing to see some recycled products in certain categories...movies, musick, etc. some even recycle their loves, as a mean to refresh the relationship, which is understandable. the media content of the remakes tend to be altered by whats happening on the current situation, so that today's people will "get" it. i would consider myself to be the product of all this. cos i love the remakes, i like watching old things being remade again. it's fun.

one remade product that i really enjoy, tho, is this manga (Japanese for "comic") named

"Pluto"



It's based on 1960's Astro Boy by the late Osamu Tetsuka , and drawn by 20th Century Boys' Naoki Urasawa. The story itself, if u ask me, is kinda like a consolidated version of i-robot and A.I. (aritificial intelligence) but with a much more dramatic theme. it gives you a whole new vibe to comics. check them out.


sidenote: i romance the thought of writing blogs for so long and i will try to keep this up everyday. it eases the tensions in the mind.

For the first time ever that i tried this novelty in my life; buying music online. It's something that i have never done before...now i know what it feels like when you legally buy the product as a digital media. cool stuff. I got this iTunes gift card for 40 bucks so i decided to test on some method. It's pretty easy to do if you have iTunes, just go to your iTunes Store on your left side of the program and it will do the job. I heard that you can now buy apple products online or something (another novety!) .

try something new for a change. it's worth doing. not only it pleases your morale, it benefits the maker of the product. if u want good music u support it baby!

i can't say enough about this band. they're nothing but brilliant. it was a perfect accident. found the track under iTunes Store's "Starbucks Must Haves". Try the song "One Red Thread" first to see if it will give u the woo-za effect.
